Hello everyone,
I'm trying to find out info about M&M. I have an interview with them soon for a sales position and already have a RE license. Any info will be appreciated. What are they like? How long until you see your first check? How is there training program? ect.. ect..
Also, I am 29 and like everyone else, have bills to pay. I know it can be a while before you see a check and am having second thoughts about working there. I can continue to work in my field
which I hate and is btw not in sales and pay the bills, or I can take this opportunity to completely switch fields that I know I will like. I understand commercial can be pretty cut throat so my question is, would you see this as an opportunity and take it or is it too risky being that you won't be able to pay the bills for a while.
I'm confident I can get the job so maybe I should look at it as an opportunity to work for M&M. How would you see it? Would you take the opportunity?
Thanks in advance and my very best regards to everyone.
Thanks again
