I started using Roboform to submit to directories. When I did it by hand it took me a long time. I dont have that time cause I still need to work with clients. You can get the basic software for free http://www.roboform.com/SEO Friendly Directory (They have over 500 directories I think) http://info.vilesilencer.com/Training Video how to do it right Click Here I know this can help.

I used this website and submitted them all manually. About 15 a day. Almost all of these directories have a real estate section. http://www.addurl.nu

Do you have a list of the directories that they are getting submitted too? How can I make sure that they are relevant? Choose the right category if you're going to submit in a general directory, usually the real estate is a sub category of Business Category.

GOOGLE NO LIKE
Do not submit to directories via software, unless you are going to space it out over time.
you are much better off submiting manually to the most relevent sites

BBZZZZZZ!!!! wrong GOOGLE NO LIKE Google could care less about how you submit to directories. Google tends to not like repetition - if you vary your anchor text and description, the method of submission doesn't matter.

I used to be an Editor for DMOZ and I can tell you that if it has not been accepted by now - it will not be. I suggest that you resubmit.
If you are already listed in other categories you most likely will not be accepted. If you place promotional words in your listing you will not be accepted. If you submitted with a title that does not meet the category criteria you will not be accepted. If you submitted to the wrong category you will not be accepted - a kindly editor may move it to the correct category for review there but may just refuse acceptance. I suggest you carefully ready the rules for submission for whatever category you are submitting to.

Never take a step to get listed in DMOZ May I ask why you recommend not getting listed? Seems as good a place as any for a bit of free promotion if you can get it.

No, I'm not recommending that you should not submit your site to DMOZ it's just that I gave up already before trying to get listed in DMOZ.

Haha, yeah DMOZ is practically impossible. I've spent hours trying to submit extreme quality sites, and nothing, years later.
@Eric: Yes, Google really does care which directories you submit to, even if the anchor text varies. If you're a large site, it can help you (as in you have about 3000 backlinks or more). Otherwise smaller sites are warned against getting spammy directory links.
