Hey Everyone, I was toying with the idea of offering completely free real estate web sites. Well. . . at least the creation of the web site would be free, and then you could just pay roughly $24.95/month I'm thinking to cover hosting and maintenance fees of the site. I could put your MLS listings into the site for you if you made a link through your local MLS available. I could even provide a database so you could promote your OWN listings through like a featured listing section or something like that. Anyways, it's still in the planning stages, and I'm mostly interested in finding out what level of response there would be to something like this. So PM me or respond here and let me know. Thanks!
