Is this their site: http://www.iasreo.com/workwithus.aspxI was reading on there that they are no longer accepting apps. They only have 23 listings in my area. They are prob. saturated.

I was approved last August and have not received any assignments. I've had two VMs, Brenda and Justin. They haven't returned any emails or phone calls. Not impressed with IAS.

I have been registered with IAS since 11/07. I received this e-mail yesterday -
This is a follow up to let you know that we received your IAS Broker/Agent Sign up and a personal W-9 form. You have been entered in our system; however, since you sent in a personal W-9 form, we are going to need an authorization letter from your broker on company letter head stating it is OKAY to pay you directly for BPO services. This letter must also be signed by your broker. If you are the broker of the office, please let us know. If you are not able to obtain an authorization letter, please send in a company W-9 form and we will pay you through your company. We do not want to delay payments of any services that may occur, therefore, we are requesting that we receive this ASAP to make sure we have everything we need in order to pay for your services. Please fax the authorization letter or company W-9 form to us at 303-488-7043 If you are sending in a company W-9 form, please make sure to put your NAME on the W-9 form somewhere so we know who the W-9 form is for. Is this new or have they always paid through broker? I know they assign listings so I don't think getting the authorization from my brokerage will be a problem.

Did anyone get a call from IAS today about a "platinum" preferred brokers program? They called to ask whether I would like to be included and that they would not add any more brokers in my area. They are suppose to be e-mailing me more details, but thought some others here may have some additional info?

I haven't heard anything about this from them, but if I had to guess, I'd say that "Platinum," "preferred," etc = $$$$ from you.

I just completed my first BPO for IAS after only being signed up for a couple weeks. Several of the comps were questioned, but after elaborating they were accepted. It was a multi family, and getting a value on a residential form is difficult.
