I have a new VM also this month. She challenged everything about the bpo. She asked for the adjustments to be reviewed and challenged that the value I came up with and stated that it was "higher than the last sold comp..please re-evaluate your value in light of this".... Oh well...

I signed up with them long ago. Got my first order from them last week. Who knows?
All these stupid BPO classes to 'help' agents who can't survive in a down market is cutting into the action of the Professional BPO agents.

I do BPOs regularly for 5 or 6 companies, but what I like best about IAS is that it is the one where I most feel that the VM is reading and thinking about the BPO and valuing the property, rather than just seeing whether or not the comps fall within a set of pre-determined guidelines, etc, etc. I hope that this is because they are serious about actually getting properties sold when they (we?) wind up with the listing. (Not that I've seen a listing yet myself, but then I've only been with them for a couple of months and our foreclosure cycle in CA is at least 4.)
