I'd like some info from people who generally specialize in listing expireds. I've never gone after them, but have noticed a steady incline in the number of expireds each day.
What is the best time of day to be going to these listings? I'm guessing everyone is different, and will be there at different times. Should I have something other than my card to leave if no one is there?
Also, what info should I be giving them? List of comps to show how over priced they were, if they were? Or should I be just inquiring with questions about what they feel could have been different, what reason they think they didn't sell, etc.
Any input would be appreciated.
