I did a little bashing of these people the other day, but on a lark I bit the bullet, negotiated some fees upwards, got some professional cooperation, easy form, solid fee, several bpos now, actually a good situation.

Who knew?

By far my best company/system to use. They have always paid quick too.

I like the bpo form they use on res.net. I did my first three last week. They seemed very nice. The type of company you would go the extra mile for.

Yes. I have been assigned 5 properties since September.

seasaw- what area are you in?

I'm inclined to want to sign up- but there are so many REO agents in my area I would hate to pay the $250 and not get anything worthwhile (I know, one listing would pay for the whole thing, yada yada yada)... but there are SO MANY reo kings in my area (there are no reo queens, though so maybe there IS room for me!) Do you think they would tell me if its worth my time if I called or emailed and asked very nicely, or would they laugh at me?

I'm licensed in two states, I wonder if I would have to pay $250 for each?
