How about "We're Not Happy Until You're Not Happy"

Can you be more specific?

Well Like one of the agents in my office has a slogan that says " Serving all your Real Estate needs with hometown knowledge and pride." and they run it in all of their ad's. Another office has Quality comes standard. Reliving has It's got to be Real, It;s the way we live, something that people will rember. However I have been looking and not a lot of agents seem to have a slogan!!

Mine is The Agent with "DO" Diligence.

At first I thought it was catchy, and now I think it's dorky, so I really don't use it much.

LOL! I was going to suggest:

"I'm a dork and I have a slogan to prove it"

I think slogans make an agent seem less professional. Think about elevating the profession. Do Doctors, or CPA's or Psychologists have slogans? (Lawyers do, but like I said let's try to elevate the profession.)

A slogan is more than a catchy phrase, it's your brand.
Before selecting a slogan I recommend a quick search at uspto.gov. It'll avoid future trademark ( brand ) infringement.

I really haven't seen that a slogan makes much difference in completing transactions. Certainly those that consider "branding" a crucilal part of their image will think a slogan is required.

We have "Working hard for you,7 days a week" on our cards and advertisements. We have gotten many calls on the weekends from folks saying " I knew you were working today since you say 7 days a week" So who knows!

We also use, Bring us in we'll bring YOU results

and Two Realtors, Twice the Commitment, Priceless Service

When I started in the business I worked for a guy whose slogan was, "Glenn does the whole job!"

Sometimes we had perverts call and ask what the whole job encompassed.
