If anyone has a supervisor phone number (or ANY number that gets answered by a real person rather than a machine), please PM me.
For over three weeks, I have had a property assigned to me that is supposed to be listed. I cannot get the assigned AM to actually SIGN the listing agreement. She keeps typing the signature, and my MLS will not accept that as a signature. I have repeatedly phoned (no real person, just an answering machine), emailed the AM and the AM assistant, and faxed my request for a signature--all to no avail.
I know they are alive, because they keep sending me emails demanding an MLS sheet and/or property updates. And I also got an email demanding to know why this property has not been listed yet. HELLO!!!! Read any of my emails or faxes or actually listen to the numerous voicemails I have left.
This week, I circled the typed name and faxed the sheet back with a note saying, "SIGN this, don't just type!" Again, I have not received any response. I have made the request a dozen times with no response to any of my messages. They have resent the same documents with a typed AM name three times--but still no signature.
Now they have assigned me a second property, and the LA still has no signature.
I need to talk to someone at SPS who can help me.
PM the info, please.
