Hello everyone,
I spent some time on your website and decided you may help.
Have you ever heard of Bulgaria before? Its a small country in Eastern Europe that is currently well known by the name "the New Spain".It is so, as it offers its tourists wide range of attractions, wonderful sea resorts, beautiful winter Ski areas... What can I say else, its a paradise to me and I tend to like it more and more each day.
I am currently an area manager of a real estate agency in Bulgaria. The Bulgarian market of real estate is blossoming now, the prices went up with more than 20 % the previous year, expected to rise even more the following one.
We are growing constantly as a company and need new agents we could work with overseas. That is why we started working with some UK and Spanish network of agencies. We sell quite well, nailing 85% of the IFs we have got.
The area I work with is SEASIDE area, Golf courses, yacht marinas... you know

. You could buy a 3 bedrooms house for about 90000 dollars with a sea view or invest in an appartment complex in a prime tourist location, paying 75000 for a flat - 1 bed. And it will change, I can tell... Bulgaria is joining the EU in 2007 and the prices will jump even more!
My issue in the moment is finding new agents we could work with. I, myself have never ever done that...Recruiting new overseas partners, I mean. Could you give me advice? Which is the best way to do that, how do you do it yourself?! The president of our company has turned to me for solving this issue. I am looking for UK agents now, as Brits flood Bulgaria, seeking to buy a property.
Would you think that people from USA would be interested as well!? I work locally with a company that does Property Management and their vice director is a US businessman. I believe that lots of people from the US would find Bulgaria fascinating and enchanting, as I did myself.
I will wait for a feedback on this one.
Regards,
MK
