After two huge weeks this week has been very slow from all my normal companies, mid to late months slow down I guess.

Anyone else having a slow week

I got a lot on Mon & Tues but now getting about 2 a day

Slow, slow, slow. Got two this week and declined two. For one, they wanted me to attempt to make contact with the owner. Um, no....this is a very rural area. I don't think I want to get involved in that sort of stuff. I could see in a well populated area where someone could hear you if some thing happened, but not out in the woods. I'm hoping for a million BPO's tomorrow!

My busiest week in a long time. Sorry... it will be me worrying in a few weeks no doubt. (Hope not though!)

It's been extremely slow for me. I've had a few trickle in but they've all been ones that I'm not allowed to do, either because I've already done them within the past 6 months or because the property is listed with my office. It's probably just as well because my MLS is not working today.

Here's hoping for a crazy busy week next week.

It's slowed down for me too, which is good. I needed a break. The first 2 weeks were so busy this will still be a record month for me.

Its odd but the end of last week and the begining of this week were awesome, and yesterday I didnt pick up anything...I guess its good cause there's a snow storm here, but its just odd to see how regional the ups and downs are for us BPO'ers

I was busy all last week and now I am busy the end of this week....Hopefully next week will be right on track!

I forgot to mention that I have been dropped to the lowest of the low to get these orders...hehe

It's been really slow for me the last two weeks. I realized late last night that I didn't take all the required pictures for an order due today, so I have to go back. Ugh. At least I'm not too busy, but it makes me mad at myself that I didn't read all the instructions on the only order I have due today.

I'm glad you guys are busy. I have been slow for several weeks now. I've only done about 40 orders this month and I was doing almost that many a week for a while.

I've only done 10 this week, passed on about 25. (since I am supposed to be on vacation)

Yes, slow this week although I've picked up 8 today so far. The first two weeks of the month were crazy busy though.

actually I pulled in my radius from 60 miles to 30 miles at the same time the orders seem to slow, not a good idea ........

But this morning I went back to a 60 mile radius and picked up 7 quick orders from 2 different companies and it is still early in Cali ...........

Big news today is my pre-list with CW is going active, just got a phone call from the AM to finalize the listing price, guess what, he took my advise, said I knew my values better then the appraiser, said more listings will be coming my way ... WOO HOO

I am in a large market and it has been a slow as I have seen it in months.

I'm in a small remote area-- I usually get at least one or two per week. Nada this week, amigos!

Isn't there a big conference this week/weekend? Maybe alot of companies are attending making it a training week etc, it has been a very slow week.

I havent been this slow in a year and a half and I am in a large market.

I've slowed down this week too, but the exact same thing happened the third week of January as well, and picked up big-time the last week. So... I'm hoping for a repeat.

This month has been sink or swim. I'm either really really REALLY busy or just kinda busy....but busy nonetheless.
