Truly, I actually believed that I could be the only agent doing bpos. Was I wrong. Although new to this site, I have been doing bpos since 1993. WOW Thats a long time. 14 Years, 4 offices, and 2 kids later I am still hanging in. I do find this site amazing. I have kept my contacts so secretive over the years and here, everyone just lays them all out. My partner (at work) who has nothing to do with the bpos thinks I am nuts. Who would drive all over creation, spend hours on the computer, deal with all the qc issues and still try to have a life. All for $50. Agents now have it easy. No typewriters, no little boxes, no film and developing, (no write offs)and no overnight mailboxes. Wow, things have really changed.

No, we still keep the good companies held close to our bossum ..........

It is funny that everyone talks so much smack about them. I have done about a dozen jobs in the past year but havent had any problems? And I get paid. I did go back and check to make sure though.

I'm sure you'd be talking smack too, if you were one of the people who hadn't been paid and on top of that, were still pestered non-stop to accept orders.

I too never had any issues, but then again, I got the head's up from this board and stopped accepting orders when I saw what was happening to others here. So, this board can be amazing in more ways than one!

This site is amazing for more information then just REO info. I found my way here searching for real estate SEO info. But it sure helped me start doing BPOs again after 7 years of not doing them. Now I'm addicted to BPOs. When will I get orders? Did they forget about me? Did I do something to make them mad? Why don't they ever call? Kinda reminds me about when I was in the dating scene. Is she gonna call me back? Did I make her mad? Ha. Gee thanks agentsonline.

And all you agents new to doing bpos. Evalulation Solutions is great. Make them your first company. They will make you love doing BPOs. *grin*

I am also new to this site but not new to BPOs or REO.

It is a great site and I see that the BPO-REO section is most popular.

I guess everyone fears competition yet I have always done better when I have had some competition.

If thousands of starving real estate agents want to give this a try it, please, put me out of business.

If the banks want to take a chance with a new agent to botch things up either with poor valuations or headaches from poor and costly REO management there is nothing I can do about it.

Nah I don't call them B____S back if they don't call me. I do occasionally stalk the bpo companies, but that just has gotten me a restraining order not bpo orders. Just joking. I think there are a couple BPO companies here in Colorado. I believe IAS isn't too far from me
