Fraiser posted a new topic yesterday that talked about how he spoke with a top producer in his area during a luncheon.

there are some talks that the information is from an alternative source, but i think it really doesnt matter (unless he was claiming it for himself, which i believe he wasnt).

i was down on my luck when i lost 2 listings in the past 2 weeks and lost a pretty hot buyer to a new home.

frasier's posting got me thinking and motivated to get back out there and to work it.

so, i think a prospecting post and trying to get people motivated for the new changing market would be awesome. i am working in the tri-county area (LA, OC, SB, RVSD).

lets keep the negativity to a low and work on realistic and postive ideas to get people moving!
