This afternoon I decided to refresh my list of bpo/reo companies. About 48 pages into the google search results I found a company named Residential Values (resvalues.com).

It looks like they are brand new. I can't find any reference to them on this forum or anywhere else on the net. The website copyright date is 2007. Many of the website pages are still under construction. Based on the url parameters displayed after submitting the application, I'm only the 20th broker who has signed up.

One word of caution before you sign up: They send an email confirming acceptance of your application every hour, which is obviously a bug in their software. The worst part is that I forward all of my emails via text message to my mobile phone. I've received five in five hours. At this rate I'm going to need to upgrade to the unlimited text messaging plan to handle all of these duplicate messages.
