I send them gross pictures as large as my email will send just as a thank you. A 5000KB picture of a dirty REO toilet will do the trick...futile, I know, but it makes me feel better.

Now think of all the grammatical errors, run on sentences, spelling atrocities, etc you read on this board. It's not very professional.

This board is a good resource for referals, but I would never send a coustomer to anyone with zero command for the english language. It will come back to bite you in the butt.

It is sad but true, people judge you by the words you use, so put your best foot forward. Our industry already has a public opinion one notch above snake oil salesmen. Why would you want to confirm this opinion with sloppy professionalism.
