Your site seems to be brand new (really any real estate site in a new domain under a year old is "brand new" to Google) and Google has not even assessed any Page Rank value yet. You can expect that you will not rank well for competitive search terms until a period of time has passed - but you will need to acquire some good inbound links to your website before that will even begin to happen.

I agree and understand, I used to be able to do a Google search for the words "home in the berkshires" I would be 5th on the page, I steadily noticed a decline to the point where it's not even listed now.. just curious as to why this happened..

Google will treat some "long tail" keyword searches on new sites as "news" because it is fresh content. As with all news stories, they gradually fade to the back pages.

Once your site has been around for awhile as per my previous reply, the results would usually stay around and not fade - although some new fresh content on competitors blogs and the like may contend with you for a while until they too fade - but yours would stay in relatively the same place.

You main entry page ranks #1 for the keywords you are optimized for - "lekki property".

What other keywords are you trying to rank for? What pages do you expect to rank for those keywords? Do you have links pointing at those pages that use the target keywords in the link text?

Keep in mind during SEO work
1. pick a complete for of page title
2. see the site speed
3. write LSI content for your site
4. Solve the bad issues if there is
suppose, canonical, duplicate title/content, broken links etc.

Aquarius back links is not first choose, so think is your site is up the mark as your competitor have.

The first thing you should do is fix your meta tags. You have two sets of Keyword meta tags on each page. One set is duplicated on all pages.The other set is slightly different but does not necessarily reflect the content of the page. There should only be one keyword meta tag on each page and it should be different for every page - that is the keywords in the tag should reflect the subject of the page.

You should also take the time to compose a description meta tag for each page that is unique and describes what the particular page is about. Make sure you use the keywords you want to target on that page in the description.

Make sure that you acquire some good links that point at the target pages and make sure those links use your target keywords in the link text - the clickable words in the link.

You are already using the keywords in the page title tags and within the pages themselves so depending on how competitive your keywords are the changes I suggested may be all you need to do.

If you have hired someone to promote your site for promotion may be He/She giving Spammy links that is hurting your serps. I will suggest you to give Relevant links in order to save your ranking.
