I have a propblem and was hoping someone can help me.

For my comp photos I have always used the MLS photos. I right click on the picture and it saves without a proplem. Last week I was having computer problems and had to restore my computer to an earlier date. Now when I save them, they save as Bitmap and not jpeg. CC doesn't accept bitmap. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have any photo editing programs? I have Photoshop, and can resave with a different extension. Free photo editing programs like Picasa (through Google), or Irfanview (look on the net) can also do this. It's an extra, time-wasting step, though. Maybe someone else can come up with a better idea.

When you right click on the photo to save, just under the box where the file name appears should be a box that allows you to choose to save the file as either a bitmap or jpeg.

You restored your computer to a time where the settings were different or it reset to default settings when restoring.Make sure to clear your cache and then go in and change the setting so you won't have to do it each time.

How do I clear my cashe? I restored it to a date the week before when it was working fine.

I just downloaded Picaso. Hopefully this will work.

Simple...open up the pic in MS Paint and then Save As: jpeg.

When I right click on the picture and "save picture as" I type in the address and end it with .jpg
