I had an REO Listing maintained by a national preservation company. I had photos of the copper stolen. I got phone calls first from the AM and then the superviors at the preservation company. Apparently, the preservation company said the pipes needed to be thawed and winterized. The place had alreaay been winterized and copper stolen. They suspected the contractor of trying to increase the size of the job unnecessarily. Some of the contractors are not aware that the bank has an online system of all expenses paid on property and notes from prior agents, contractors and insurance adjusters.

I don't think their concern is so much bpo photos as field service photos. 5B fails to realize, as do many of our bpo mills, you will get what you pay for, IE pay someone $5 for drive by field service, or $35 to $40 for a six comp, iffy net platform bpo and people are going to cut corners everywhere they can. Low fee = slip shod product, kind of the way of the world.
