Anyone use a virtual asst for data entry for bpo's. ??
I dont want someone to do the bpo, but at the same time, I dont think I need to spend my time typing "FL" in every comp.

You would think that they would auto-populate some of the dumb stuff. I mean, If the subject is located in FL, I dont think a comp in NY would pass QC, Or if it is a 1 unit property, a 4 unit property shouldnt even be available.
I would think they would auto-populate this data.

Anyhow, Anyone with any info on Virt Asst... please post or PM.
(I think after 11 bpo day of "Fl" "Typical View" "Suburban" drop downs I might be losing it a bit.)

I use VA's all the time. Feel free to PM me if you need info.

In general, they are good if you give them very clear instructions. Once you find 2 or 3 of them that work well I'd keep giving them work. I have about 5 that I use on a regular basis and they get to know what I'm looking for.

One other tip, set the price upfront for the work. Try to stay away from paying them an hourly wage. I'd also give them a bonus if they deserve it. Let them know that upfront that you'll give them a bonus for a job well done. They'll go that extra mile for you.
