I received my first listing form GRC and I cant figure out how to accept the assignment! There was supposed to be a link in the email (there isnt) so I tried looking up the asset by number or address -- still doesnt come up. Anyone have any ideas?

Try replying to the email with your problem. Surely an actual person is at the other end to help.

Log onto the website and select assets from the main page. Then select "all" and click on the hyper text asset number. From here go to the agent forms section from the top of the page. Look down about half the page and you will see an accept or decline button.

Be sure to read up on their requirements. Timing is everything. They do explain it in detail in the downloadable handbook.
