Homeq Says I have an interior for a listing,,,,but where is it?

I have a property assigned to me from Homeq (my first with them) and the eviction was completed. I got an email telling me to go to their site for the interior, but when I go there is nothing there. I have emailed them and have heard nothing. Has anyone else experienced this? What to do?

was the email from the eviction department? if so it could be up to a couple weeks before the REO department actually assigns you the bpo. The bpo notice will come from the reo department email address.
