would that mean 100,000 x12 =
1,200,000
divided by
20,000

= $60/sf/year

is that correct....

i was just analyzig properties on loopnet,...and for some got confused with a property...am i missing something?

yes im a newb, no im not consulting anyone, im tkaing baby steps, have no commercial listings yet, and not advising anyone, and will have a commercial agent help me when the time comes...
