Can someone PLEASE help. I got an e-mail that sayes "New Assignment From IREP Non-Branch‏" in the subject line. I open it and it tells me that I have a new assignement...gives me the address and then says

"Please logon and accept or reject this assignment. Please be advised that all photos must have a minimum printable size of 3 X 5."

That is all it sayes....no address no company name or phone number....I am trying to figure this one out but need some help.

what do you need help with? You should have received 2 emails I do ALOT for them, so what do you need to know

Did you sign up with them and fill out all paperwork? When I did it was alot and had to fax it back. Then they gave me my log in info and I signed on and accpeted my first order. To be a vendor for them all this has to be done prior to any orders I beleive and then they assign the log in info ect.

Thanks, the info I got via PM helped me....I see that I got the original e-mail to sign up in May of last year BUT I never got the password and log in e-mail. I went through my paperwork and see that I even e-mailed them back a week later to follow up. I guess now they are looking for new agents.....I am so excited to figure out what company it is.

Hopefully they will get back to me tomorrow morning so I can accept it.

Quick Question. Is IREP Integrated Real Estate Processing (I think Processing may be the old name they changed it once)?

Yes, that is correct.

We will go long periods without hearing from them, and then we will get several orders in rapid succession, mainly out in the boonies. But, for the right price, any order can be done.

We have gotten property condition reports from them for (apparently) HFC consumer finance orders. We have gotten them to go as high as $40 for a PCR, if it is a little out of the way.

Sorry I missed your post! Yep that is them...the next day they sent me an e-mail asking if I was going to do the work...I told them that I didn't have a password and they got it for me. Good to go now.

Just finished my first BPO for them....I hope it gets better because I didn't like that form at all....I guess after awhile you get use to all of them.
