if the mod's try to be to heavy handed.

I told Eval to go take a hike today. Felt good, as they are a problem child company. I've done 20 orders for them but no payment yet. Their QC department is harsh and frankly I don't like to be told how to do my job.

They didn't like one of the comps I used as it was 2 weeks older than they requested. There wasn't any others to use. I went out 3 miles and nothing else to use. When their QC department called they said go out 3 miles, I said I did anf that was mentioned in the report. THen they said 5 miles, I said that was farm land with cows, then they said go out further, I said that would require me to go out 15 miles to the next town and that area is a whole different value. They said then go out further, I said ," can you put that in writing?". No response, just simply , "go out further".

I said that would be skewing the results and I won't do that. They said are you refusing to do it? I said yes. They said, "you won't be paid then". I said, "haven't been paid by you guys yet, maybe I'm doing the right thing by saying nope!

She hung up on me ...........

BTW, I had the higest rating in their system in my county and that's how they treat me ..........

Beware, bad company!

Oh yeah, did 43 BPO's last week
2 more pre-list
2 more actives that went into escrow

Today I got a new REO from Citi, a new company for me, YEAH !!!

SLO, congrats on the big week last week - something I have been wanting to ask is if there is a system in place to help you get that kind of volume done.

I am near a major city so alot of the orders I take are close together, and I know alot of people and I think you included do alot of driving which probably takes a considerable amount of time. Do you block out time every day to get photos? I was starting to get in a routine, and then I finally got on auto-assign with FA, which threw everything out of whack because now I'm getting "standard five day orders" with a 48 hour deadline. I'm just wondering if you've figure out a schedule that is working for you, along with trying to keep up with and service the REO's. I think I remember from a post before that you do not have a team right? Thanks.

Hey guess what Johnny! Your outta here! Done with that drama bLANK mAN. Best of luck.

Good job SLO. For real! If they knew how to do a BPO better than you and will not take your advice on the proper way to do it then that is wrong. I think you should go up the ladder and complain.

You will be fine. Do not be shy.

There is something wrong with me. When I woke up this morning (after 5 hours sleep because I had 12 orders to finish last night) I had 17 open orders. Did 4 before I hit the road to take about 10 sets of pics. While driving all over creation, I have picked up 12 more orders and I am trolling for more.

Add to that, a closing tomorrow, a lunch with a former client also, and 9 new Client Gateways to set up. Then let's talk about buyers. One I HAVE to find a house by Monday (she's shopping via internet and my recommendations from a hotel room in South America), and two sets of showings on Saturday. Not to mention, trying to get a picture of my office on this forum (have to tidy up first).

Stop the madness! I mean WTH?????!!!!!!??????

I did last week by myself, my assistant started this week working 3 days a week .........

You guys forget, I didn't start sending out BPO applications until last August. This was the 6 month plan and it worked .....

43 BPO's last week
Turned down 13

3 REO's in escrow
1 REO active as of today
3 REO's in pre-list

3 REO companies I'm in with and many more to come

Yeah, a good 6 month plan .............

Greg, you're kidding right? You're taking all this too seriously. And your constant defense of this one member is sickening. You in love with him or what? Is it the hair?
Personally I find the constant bragging tiring. Can't people have a difference of opinion without you coming in like Barney Fife to the rescue?

Good job SLO.

I've been at it 3 years and am still waiting for my first REO. There's so many of them down here I'm not sure I'd want one though.
