I signed up with about 30 companies but after six months most of my orders come from 8 companies with a few from others no & then .........

Way to hand it to Evaluation Solutions. They only owe me for one order and frankly that's enough. I simply get paid within 45 days by my other companies without fail and without calling and harrassing them. We just don't need Evaluation Solutions.

FWIW I always put in the companies full name for search engine purposes. Dang I hate when that happens! Evaluation Solutions just does not pay agents for work. If I were a bank I'd find another real valuation company that has good agents that get paid. Us good agents that actually do REOs just don't put up with this krap.

In all seriousness, I've never asked anyone for any contacts. Every contact I've made and every site I've registered on is through my own research, just like many of you here have done. All the BPO's I get are from two companies. Everyone once in a while I'll pick something up from a few others, but it's very far and between. I track my BPO's to see which ones have been listed with other agents and what they sold for compared to my opinion. I call some companies once a month and ask for work just to stay in their ear. Everything I do is turned in on time and my values are realistic. Obviously I must be missing something. What is it?
