I have a full-time job but doing part-time real estate(as broker associate) last 5 years. Since real estate market is kind of slow for last 1 year, I decided to use my RE skiils in BPO.

How many BPOs one can do per week part-time?

I do BPO's part time because I have a full time job. On a busy week I do around 12. I just do it for the extra income and love it! Good luck!

"How many BPOs one can do per week part-time?"

Ok, if you are a broker and you have thousands of agents doing BPOs, you can literally do tens of thousands of BPOs per week. This is by far the best answer to your question.

If you have a full time job that means you most likely work during the day. When you get off isn't it too dark to take BPO pictures?

Also if you're at work how can you accept the request from companies who broadcast them? What happens when they call with a QC question and you're at work? How are you doing to do those 2 interiors a day? In reality I only get 3 or 4 interiors a month and I'm a full time agent. Your numbers are flawed and give false hope.

As for part time, I'm sure it can be done, but not very profitable. That's considering you have to pay hundreds of dollars a year to keep you license active. Do you tell everyone on your website about MLS and NAR dues? How about continuing education requirements? Not cheap!

I suppose by everyone elses volume that I do them "part time". But I have other real estate activities and I still end up spending 6-7 hours a day doing Bpo's.

I'm a part-time agent. I do BPOs on the weekend. BPOs helped me get REOs. I probably average about 20 BPOs per month. That isn't a lot but I'm very happy with the part-time income generated last year from this activity.
