It looks like you very recently did a bunch of work on your sites - so the first thing you need to do is be patient as it will take months for the changes to be factored in to the rankings.
You redirected hummelrealestate.com to hummelcompanies.com/hummel-real-estate/mainpage and that is not yet reflected in the rankings.
The most important thing you can do in the months to come while waiting for the changes to begin to be reflected in Google is to acquire many good incoming links with your keywords in the link text - preferably without starting up a link directory on your own site.
Also, I would use the description meta tag and also the keyword metag in your pages. They still are of some value.
Another thing I would take a look at is your navigation and links - you have "Hummel Real Estate" going to the Detriot real estate page and links to "Detroit real estate" going to the page about Hummel Companies. This is not helping you - if you switch that around it would

There are a few other things that could be fiddled with but really the main issues are the lack of good incoming links and the time factor.
