I signed into Realtrans today and it had this long notice before it logs you in. It says something about them changing their ways and that BPOs will now be assigned to whoever accepts first.

I don't know how that will work out. Any thoughts???

Yep I just saw it. Looks like they are going to a blast system. Not sure how many people will want their BPOs cause they are a pain in the a..

But I am sure someone will do them. Not exactly sure why they think this will improve their quality and delivery time??

They are going to load them into the shotgun and pull the trigger. First BPO rat to push the lever gets the cheese!

In my area regarding OCWEN , i have a TON of orders that are forwarded to me from other agents not logging in within 24 hours and accepting. For me, in my position it will be a GOOD thing.

I went and looked at it and frankly, it chapped my cheeks. They are talking about becoming "best in class" by changing the way they assign orders, which just goes to show they don't understand what's wrong with their business process.

Their biggest problem isn't agents or how orders are assigned, their biggest problem is their screwed up website, lack of responsiveness to email and phone inquiries, and a bad attitude.

They talk about giving orders only to agents who have delivered "on time" and say they will put agents who are late with orders on the "do not use" list. I am still hugely peed at them for about $700 worth of work I did for them that they cancelled as "late" because their stupid worthless site was down and I was told to email the orders instead. Well, I emailed them and as usual no one read their email and they cancelled all those orders and dinged my rating.

I used to think they were worth it because of the REOs they sent my way, but after watching them botch three of those in a row and then pull the listings, I am done with them. I certainly can't see myself trying to compete for their BPOs after the way they've treated me - and plenty of others from what I've heard.

I joined this forum just to vent my OCWEN issues. Actually I am changing my name to Patel as he has about 100 listings from them. Unfortunately, I turned down the only listing I ever got from them as it was below the hood, had a strange smell I remember from Vietnam, and they could not get me proof of ownershp to get it rekeyed. I was told to "let myself in." That is BS, a locksmith will gladly let you in provided you have court authorization to prove ownership.
For more than 3 years I have done BPO's for them, not one late, not one that was in any way rejected or sent back for resubmittal. We give good BPO; we know what they are all about and what works. When OCWEN messed up their site a while back; we could not log in for awhile and just stopped doing so. They sent us emails for BPO's, but as we could not get on the site, we rejected them. We started doing BPO's for some other firms, actually I think they came to us unsolicited from someone who used to use OCWEN. But these folks are not asset managers and can't give out listings.
So now OCWEN will blast us some BPO's and the fast, not the good will get them; who cares; let the Patels get them as they will get the listings.

Are we reading the same announcement? I interpret the announcement as saying that Ocwen must improve their relationship with us, the realtor. Give us, the realtor, more opportunity with ORA and offer a fair price for our services. With that being said, Ocwen's valuation requests will be simultaneously offered to several vendors who have proven to promptly deliver an excellent valuation report. My understanding is do a good job, do it quickly, get good scores and you will be rewarded. Am I missing something? I think this positive news!

LOL, no i didn't read it that way. The first part of the notice sounded an awful lot like the one EML sent out when they were cutting prices. These companies like to talk a lot about how much they love us just before they...well, you know. I SERIOUSLY doubt they are raising prices. And if "rewarded" means you now have to babysit their site in order to get orders, I hate to think what "punished" would mean....

Isn't funny. Two people read the same announcement and think two different things. Go figure.

I will be the first to admit I am wrong if they raise prices, improve their website and communications, and "reward" agents who do good work (that is if they can even figure out who they are).

i love the "keep me posted" at the bottom of every 10th email when they respond ......

Stick a fork in me I'm done! No more Ocwen! They can't possibly figure out their scoring system so how can it be fair. They still have not scored orders I submitted nearly 4 years ago! Their form is a PITA and their pay is lower than others. They rarely give me a listing so what is the point. I especially like the part of their message that talked about the "real estate experience of thier staff". I have never had any contact with an American at Ocwen so what type of real estate experience does the AM actually have? What an insult!

I've only done 5 order with Ocwen. One order was in 2007 the 4 in 2008. In 2007 I could see my 1 order score, after the new year only order done in 2008 shows up in my score. I can get all scores to show up if I put in a date range to cover 2007.

Hope that makes sense. I guess I am say only current years order will show up in score unless you specific date range, which you can go 6 month back.

I've done a ton for Ocwen and have a ton of their listings. The forms are much easier now since they did away with zooware.I hate to see them go to broadcast, but as someone mentioned not to many people have the patience to work with them, me not inlcuded.

I rarely get BPO's from OCWEN, but after doing a couple I started requesting a higher fee because of the length of the form. I always got it - but the last one that I accepted, I was promptly denied and the order was cancelled. Not a major increase requested either. If anything I would guess they are holding the line on fees, not increasing them.

Are you married? This happens to my wife and me all the time. I swear we can both be looking at the same thing at the same time and we each see a completely different thing. Go figure.

I never did sign up with Ocwen because they require a bank routing number for my Broker's account, and I don't feel like asking that of my Broker.
My Broker is like Vito Corleone.
Many buffers in between Broker and me.

Anybody know if I can have them just send checks to Company instead of having to give them a routing number?

so anybody get any of the blast orders yet....or even see any blast orders? I got quite a few order before, but havent seen any for a week or so from these guys...

They will send checks if you dont route money, takes about 6-8 weeks

Anyone received any work from them since they made this change. I haven't received work from them in about 3 weeks.

Orders from them have been slow lately with no new orders in the last week or so. No blast orders.

Maybe when the undersea internet cable was cut to India, Ocwen was affected as most of their operation is in India.

I keep getting regular assigned orders,and I have not confirmed one of them and they actualy called me about it.
