Does IAS not list their EMC listings through REOtrans on their website anymore?

Yes they do, I have four listings on REOTrans through IAS. There may be some issue with the CFK's cause the last time I did one they requested that I not communicated thru ReoTrans

Foreclosure Queen,

Your post said you have 4 listings with IAS. Just wondering how many BPOs you typically have to do per month to get REOs. I've been doing BPOs for them since August and still haven't gotten an REO assignment but I've only done about 35 BPOs total. They don't seem to get too many in my area, but when I get the orders it's usually 6-8 at a time, all due in 48 hours. Alot of them require ALOT of time and energy because they are really tough to comp out!

I really like the people there, but I find their BPOs are a pain in the butt for $45. They want listing and comp photos, next door neighbor photos, rushes on every order, etc. I just don't want to do BPOs for them anymore unless I feel confident that listings will follow. I'm getting a little frustrated at this point. I've seen 2 new listings come up on properties that I did a BPO on several months ago, so that was really a disappointment. They say they give the REO assignment to whoever did the 1st BPO, but I guess we don't really know if we are the 1st or 2nd BPO agent. Any input with your past experience is greatly appreciated.

I've probably done about the same amount of BPO's for them total. Honestly I don't get a lot of BPO's from them, they've started keeping me busy with CFK's and Listings. However I do have to do a lot of BPO Agent BPO's which are the free ones, not the paid ones. I think if you do the free ones more they send you more listings, but I'm not sure

Are you signed up with REOTrans as well?

Yes... I'm with ReoTrans. I guess I'll just be patient a little longer and I'll also try calling them to see if I can get more of a committment from them on upcoming REO assignments. If I ask for an order and don't get one, at least I know I've done everything, including actually ASKING for the order! Thx again Foreclosure Queen. \:\)

No... I've never had work from EML and I can't remember if I ever signed up with them.

CORRECTION... yes I am approved with EML. I just never got anything from them. If I recall, I think they blast orders and I don't sit on the computer waiting to jump on an order. Maybe that's why I never got anything from them??? Force2, WHY?
