Foreclosure Queen,
Your post said you have 4 listings with IAS. Just wondering how many BPOs you typically have to do per month to get REOs. I've been doing BPOs for them since August and still haven't gotten an REO assignment but I've only done about 35 BPOs total. They don't seem to get too many in my area, but when I get the orders it's usually 6-8 at a time, all due in 48 hours. Alot of them require ALOT of time and energy because they are really tough to comp out!
I really like the people there, but I find their BPOs are a pain in the butt for $45. They want listing and comp photos, next door neighbor photos, rushes on every order, etc. I just don't want to do BPOs for them anymore unless I feel confident that listings will follow. I'm getting a little frustrated at this point. I've seen 2 new listings come up on properties that I did a BPO on several months ago, so that was really a disappointment. They say they give the REO assignment to whoever did the 1st BPO, but I guess we don't really know if we are the 1st or 2nd BPO agent. Any input with your past experience is greatly appreciated.
