I'd take an off-duty cop if he was hot.
Of course he would probably question my "crime kit" aka "REO kit" in the back. If you think about it, we carry better crime supplies than most criminals. Auburn even brings her own crime scene tape. lol...

Box of Depends. (astronaut tested!) Do you also carry packed latex gloves, a black wig, a BB pistol and ammunition, pepper spray, a hooded tan trench coat, a 2-pound hammer drill, black gloves, rubber tubing, plastic garbage bags, about $585 in cash, a computer, an eight-inch Gerber folding knife and several other items while driving 900 miles to do your REO/BPO assignments? Well, I must say that I am either very impressed or scared. What was that noise?

Damn, this is making me laugh.
I am in the city, so all my reo data including eviction papers and all papers that show I am the agent for the house. Flashlight, my licenses, car and me.
Wow, I am so bare compared to you guys with all the tools.

I forgot about these - Carharrt insulated coveralls (It would suck to get stranded in some rural location if it were cold. And yes, Texas gets cold.) Rain suit Lacrosse Burly rubber boots Saves packing time when it's hunting season, too.

I'm taking matches, wood, charcoal and some turkey burgers to my next new assignment. Every REO I get, there's always a barbeque grill left behind. Seriously! I had three listings finally go vacant, all three had BBQs on the back porch.

Ooooh, I hope you get it.
Most banks do not want you to take anything, even after the personal property eviction is over, they want it all to go to the dump, but I have some nice AMs who don't care, charity, me, whatever.
Not that I ever want what people left behind. Well, I did end up with three HUGE boxes of electrosol tabs for the dishwasher. I had an REO in escrow and the buyers agent freaked out that they were under the sink (trashout guy thought they should stay with the house), so I took them home. They are fabulous!
And I always cut a piece of rope if I find any, for my Min Pin, she loves rope.
*mourns the loss of the armour*

Don't forget the jug or two of tap water (in season up north here) to wet the ground a bit to drive thoses signs with your brass mallet. Get a big, fat screwdriver and a small sledge. Knock your holes in the parched earth, and then remove the screwdriver. Then the sign will go in the ground without having to destroy it in the process. (Learned through putting up political signs)

Maybe it's because of my age, I also carry a teenager. I need someone to speak the language of the very same people who will probably be stealing and causing havoc on my new listing.

Don't forget Mace and/or Pepper spray. You will be glad you have it with you, not in the car when you find yourself face to face with a dog that suddenly appears out of no were, hungry and protecting his property.
