Anyone have any info or belong to it? Is it worth the 149? I don't usually pay for stuff but it sounds like this market is going swing this way and regular agents are going to be hurting and need to supplement. What that means is they are going to be taking money out of my pocket and I need to protect the blood sweat and tears I have poured into my REO/BPO business. Any input would be greatly appreciated

Same here. I just scanned through it and I guess it's a designation, or something that certifies you as an REO specialist. I don't think it has much credibility.

Has anyone signed up with CountryMLS? Has it paid off? I don't like to pay to sign up with anyone for access to anything... But, I wanted to check and see...

I personal feel and believe that some monies need to be reinvested in your business, however I have not read any great feed back on this from other boards and private yahoo broker/BPO room I am member of. I recall a post december in yahoo room and all thought the package was another recanvassed book from ***class. I feel you get all that info and more via searches, engines, posting and other member only rooms(yahoo).

If you go to their website, look for your area and see if it is in use. I checked a nearby area and there were only 2 listings. It doesn't seem to deliver and it's clunky to use. Save your money.

I'll pay referrals on closed sales but no money out for zip codes, counties or other fee in advance schemes!
