Thanks for all of the links - for me, for keywords I like to use google keyword tool. As of now thats about all im using(besides analzing my competitors) for keyword analysis.

IMHO the best way to check your rankings in google or other search engine is to do it manually. That's what I do and it works out fine.

You can also try to download the rank checker firefox toolbar that is if you are using mozilla as your browser. But they most accurate way to check it is to do it manually :-)

Google analitics is best tool available. Very interesting options and complete overview of every segment of website. I especially like the map which shows visitors origin.

Now that searches are becoming both localized and personalized, it is very difficult to know where a page will be appear in the rankings for an individual searcher, so you can only get a general idea. I'm using "free monitor for google" because it allows for checking multiple sites for multiple keywords for any country.

There are many sites from where you can see your PR just type on Google you will get this.

You can use Google Adword Keyword Tools to find out the exact trend and searches for the specific keywords to rank your website. It is really very important thing to know before creating a website on any topic.
