i was going to show 4 houses to a buyer this morning. when i pulled tax records i noticed that 3 of the homes the sellers borrowed amount plus the commission plus my estimated closing cost equaled the sales price. on the 4th home that i did not show i noticed that it was a short sale and my client needs immediate occupancy and a 30 day settlement.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
