25 orders today with 3 new listings. Its going to be a long week. I haven't stopped doing bpos long enough to get on this site for a couple of weeks. Good thing this company spreads them out for me. Its 4:00 AM and im still working. This isnt healthy!! :-(

2...unfortanately 1 is in little rock...yup somehow left that zipcode in....about 60 miles from me...my first auto assign from this company...so i said ah waht the heck i have none else to do...and on the way back from big bear made a hour detour...regret it now....lol...needless to say that zip is out of my area now.

The eats at the Big Bear airport cafe is great .....

When I lived in Menifee I had my plane at the French Valley airport, almost every Saturday I would hop in and take off to Big Bear airport cafe for breakfast, great place!

The rats at Hesperia Airport cafe is pretty good too!

I'd be laughing if only it were funny. I haven't gone this long without an assignment in I can't remember. I guess I should be thankful, it's snowing here and it's suppose to keep snowing all week. Snow, in and of itself, isn't a big deal, but the roads aren't plowed here (only the highways).

This happened to me once. The company had misspelled the street name by one letter. Like they showed it ending in "in" when it really was supposed to end in "en". I figured this out on my own by doing a search in the tax records of the owner's name.

As for me, I have no orders today.

No BPO's, no new listings, nothing. In fact, I haven't left my house since Friday. I'm bored out of my mind and starting to get stressed because I have no orders. My home office is amazingly organized though! I even went on packandfind.com and printed out labels for my file cabinets. I love that website!!

Yeah this is crummy...I have 4 in QC (2 of which have been there for over a week) and now I cannot accept anymore work. I had 5 show up all at once to accept this morning but could only get 3 because of my limit. They have to work on getting them through QC faster.

I had ten that were all in a 4 mile radius of my house. I am so mad. Emortgage set me up at ten after my first week. I just spoke with a rep at LandAm and they said they have 8 people working on 3000 orders. So that is 375 each. hmmmmm Smart business.

3 for me, including a new company I've never heard of before, that called me because they saw my info on resnet. Of course, that one's in the middle of nowhere.

I'm confirmed at 14....this is the most I've gotten in one day in several months.

I felt like a real loser seeing all these numbers.. Until... Just got 9. I'm happy and busy all at once!

I am so very fortunate usually, 99% of my assignments are in great areas where I myself would be willing to live.

So it's very rare that I get to go to the ghetto. I just happened to go there today for a fourplex.

I am going to pray for the people who live in those fourplexes. Particularly the children whose toys I saw outside.

Last time I got a similar assignment, a streetwalker approached my car until she saw that I'm not a man.

The fact that I'm not a man wouldn't have stopped the streetwalkers in some of the neighborhoods I'm working....

I go to the ghetto on a regular basis. In fact, cheap, all-cash fixer ghetto properties are a hot item in my hood and are what's selling now. Ya just throw 'em on the mls...no winterizing(plumbing's gone), no transferring utilities (no wires)and PP company handles the rekey and trashout.

I got 13 yesterday and an additional 9 today, I turned down 6 over the past two days. Two weeks of drought early this month, and now it is pouring.

I hope my REO business starts the same trend.

Good for you vintage! I got 7 yesterday, 5 today. Sounds good, but I am still way below average for the week because I only took one on Monday in a sad attempt to take the week off from BPOs. I just couldn't do it.

I wound up with another 4 in addition to the 2 I had stated earlier, so I'm at a total of 6 for today.

You know, the inherent problem with the BPO is that after the initial excitement of getting the order, then you actually have to do WORK.

But then they send you this nice check (most of the time it actually has funds behind it) and you get to go shop, or hide it under the bed, or whatever turns you on. So I guess they are not that problematic after all.

No orders Tuesday, yesterday, or today! SAD!

Has anyone else seen a decline in FARVV orders this week? I usually have 5 active at all times..this week so far 3 total..hope I didn't tick them off..

I have seen a decline in FARVV orders all month. They used to be my major client...as many as 20 in a month. This month I think I've done 5, although I turned down a couple of broadcast ones that were way too far for the money. I have other companies now who are giving me more orders (and paying more money for them) than FARVV, so I'm not weeping any tears. Number of orders is up, average price per is also up.

Only 1 again today

Just picked up 3 more. 6 total for the day. I'm happy!

All I got today was a listing.No BPOs.

What crazy is, The interior that was assigned by RRR (I didn't know they gave interiors) is one I just performed for Goodman Dean over 6 months ago!!

But Goodman Dean, Asset Val and M2M and Titanium has been looking out for me.
