Can anyone suggest reliable property vaulation sites besides Zillow or the local MLS???

I wouldn't call Zillow reliable. I'd move out tomorrow if someone were willing to pay what they say MY house is worth...

Domania.com has a feature where you can plug in an address and get some comps. In most cases, the comps are several months behind.

You can go to my website, order a BPO and send me $50. In two or three days I'll give you a good idea of what your pad could sell for. How's that for a website?

Kidding with you here, but we wouldn't want a site to take away our business would we? What would the appraisers think of that?

I concur, Domania.com is better than Zillow. In point of fact, they were one of the first, if not the first, to have online values. I trust their info. much more than Zillow's. If they are behind it's because a particular city/county is behind. I know that my particular county is like 6 to 8 weeks (and sometimes more than that!) behind.
