Is there a way on your phone you can catch orders. When the email on my phone comes through it is all garble. I have to go to a computer to log in. Is there a way to change the settings on phone (Palm Centro)?

P.S. Just a brief chime in, but I really appreciate the collaboration, J and sticking through all the floggings. I've been reading through this thread and really appreciate the time you spend on here to help better the industry for both sides of the field. I'm new to this scene and have only worked with a few companies, but I can tell that MSV will be on my favorites list for a long while.
But seriously, no butt-kissing here, just 100% sincere appreciation.

LOL - this is the edited version?? I guess what HB said is slowly sinking in? I've done the same - shameless self-promotion not well disguised in sticky sugary praise, but not often But this is the edited version - bless you HB - but it must have been funny.

Is there a way to change the settings on phone (Palm Centro)? For most mills the ability to accept orders on your phone will depend if your phone has the ability to run flash or Java applications. MSV works off flash I believe. I would check with your phone specs and see if it states if it can run flash. If it does then it can probably accept the orders online. J~ P.S. sucking up has it's advantages... it makes me smile which is always a good thing. Shamefully however, I seem to have lost my magic order wand so no luck there.

No worries J. I bet we can learn ol' Jax to lob some tomatoes your way every now and again if the thread heats up. Splat.
Barbara-I have certain emails sent to my old flip phone from my aol account. Set up is very simple. My phone is ancient, but I get the emails via text on the phone sooner than I get them on my computer. Many times I am logged into whatever website accepting an order, before the email hits my screen. That might be the edge you need. It nets me orders I would have lost otherwise.

My system requires you to be near a computer, or have the ability to call someone who is, like your spouse or an assistant to jump on the order for you. It used to be I would call the companies directly and try to accept over the phone. It used to work, but now they seem to frown on the calls.

They only frown on calls because if they have two agents call in on the same order at about the same time it causes confusion with who it got assigned to first.

Just how fast do the orders usually go? I just recently signed up with Mainstreet, and I am surprised by the amount of orders I have seen in the first week(not blown away, but surprised), but only one did I ever see "in the wild" and didnt accept it fast enough.
But right now I am pretty much getting on orders within 15-20 seconds and still not getting any... I have never seen orders go that fast on a website.

Well they go quick, just like M2M and PCV, nature of the business until you become preferred.
