So this morning I get a call from someone that uses dispo for the reo's. They were using the e-mail I used for my previous company. I log in to update the info and it has my current email and info. Then I realize that I created a NEW dispo account with the new info, and the REO company was using the older one to contact me. They said that they will get it fixed and they will call me. I always feel it's bad news when someone says they will call me back. Should I take action with Dispo and have it corrected, or wait for them to fix it? I don't want to lose business because of something stupid like this.
