What file formats do use for client emails (CMA's, etc.)? For instance, if I do a merge in Word and send that out, the client needs Office. Do most people on the list use PDF files instead? Are you converting between these, or can AgentOffice, TP or something else handle this for you? Is it bad business to use Word files alone?
I often ask my clients what format they prefer (everyone has different file servers and computers) but yes, it is easiest for me to send a pdf. You can pay for an inexpensive subscription to Adobe to convert your files online if you don't already have a program on your computer that will perform the conversion. --A

there is a free program that allows you to convert files to .pdf
it's called 995pdf or pdf995. available on download.com
