Ok. First REO interior bpo form with GRC and so far all is well. EXCEPT...The 4th page. Is this for repairs needed to be able to market the property such as replace broken windows or to bring the property up to market level to obtain the highest sales price? I am thinking this is what is needed to bring the subject to market level for resale/occupancy but want to be sure.

BTW... Is it me or is their forms on the site hard to fill out? I seem to have to hit the save button every 30 sec to a minute otherwise when I go to hit the save button it returns me to the main screen of the site and looses ALL of the info, pics, etc that was previously entered.

Thanks for your help!

Their form is easy comparing to some I done for other companies.
It is just like one Main Street use on all their BPOs.

I agree...that's what I felt like doing with my cell phone this weekend, so I feel like that picture.

You gotta love this business to do it!

Boy your not kidding! I am seeing some conflicts between their manual and the instructions in their emails. Their manual says 30 pics and an email I received said at least 40 pics. Also with their time lines of when they want things done. BUT... So far they have been decent to work with. Guess we will see.

Do not worry too much about timeline.
I thought I was bad when i started with them and sometimes missed deadline(they never complained) but recently did second BPO for them and listing agent is like two weeks behind and has not even changed locks for me to be able to get in.That is what i call outrageous!
