I didn't think he was putting you down. I thought it was a legitimate question. Maybe he could have done without assuming that you had procrastinated over it. But either way I think he was simply questioning why it was not done in the 5 day span. As agents we need to learn to take criticism and at the same time inform the misinformed.

Angie 0729: Your missing order could have been for a number of reasons. Did you ever check on your order later on in the evening on that Sunday? Did you try opening up CW web site using another browser??

wbrown1 is correct about the orders not being reassigned until after the weekend. Even then I have noticed that sometimes 1 or 2 orders will stay there beyond the 1 day after the weekend.

At least you are getting them. I haven't received any since 3/2007. Never been late, or had QC issue either.
