Background info- I have only been affiliated as an agent with this office for 2 years.
So I was contacted at home by a printing company recently, with the deal of 300 free 9x12 presentation folders. All I had to do was fill out a form with possible advertisers. I listed all people we regularly work with. I used all the business cards that we have in the office. My contact person had the complete understanding that my photo and contact information would be on the cover.
I have been told recently that it looks like all the advertisers have agreed and I should be good to go by the end of the month.
Here’s my issue- Should the other agents in the office be included in this? I was thinking a group photo would be nice but out of an office of 15, only 5 agents are really active. Please give me your thoughts, while 300 would be too much for my self of course, it would probably last all of us a year or two.

If you're expecting the other agents to use it, then I would just have a picture of the office on it. It would be weird for them to hand out a portfolio with someone else's info.

That said, there's nothing wrong with keeping them all to yourself, for your own clients, either. You can freely give them out and get your name out there more and more.

You did the work so keep it for yourself. Unless you are in an office where everybody shares everything and helps each other out with advertising expenses. Does such a place exist?

Thanks, I feel better. As of last night I was going to use a stock photo on file(like a picture of the office) but then they wouldn't have the marketing effect I was looking for.
