Our favorite LA is asking me for title report that has GLA. There is a question between the MLS listing and title report on the property. I sent them a title report but they say there is no GLA. The title report lists the subjects square footage and only one unit. There is no basement. Anyone have an idea where I can get this info for them? I have checked a couple different title reports and nothing specifically says GLA...
If your reports shows the square footage and there is no basement, I don't understand what the problem is. Can you access your county's records online? That is what I use to send to companies to verify square footage.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
