Just curious. I have a 250k listing (fixer) in California. I'm pretty much selling land value here and was just curious what kind of commission rate would you guys charge on something like this?

If you are selling as residential what ever you charge for your other residential listings...if as a land sale then check with your broker about the land listing and buyers agent comp.

From what you had mentioned it seems like a residential fixer upper listings.

Agents would charge a commission base on what the effort was worth. Normally vacant land sales are higher than properties with structures in most areas.

No set figure could ever be provided in a forum such as this. Much would depend on the property characteristics and zoning, its location, the local economy, and what the local market for similar properties is.

It is not a potato chip with a fixed cost.
