So I was reading some of the posts from the "newbies" and none of them ever just come out and say.

Hi I am the new guy. Nice to meet you. A little about myself, I just got my license yesterday, well I passed the test in the class and I will take the state test next month. I have nothing to offer you in return for your shared wisdom. A few questions:

What is a BPO?
Can you teach me how to do one?
Can you send me copies of some you did, maybe copy some of your commentary.
When will banks start sending me orders?
Will I get an REO for every BPO?
Could you send me your contacts? Could I use your name when I talk to them?
Do I really hafta pay these companies to get business?

I had an agent call me the other day that I used to work with come right and ask me where could she go to get REO's.. I told her to start calling all the banks and make an application :-}
