I searched for info on RCS, but couldn't find any. Does anyone have any experience with them and would you share any info? I have a property in pre-list with them and just want to know if they're good to work with.

Are you referring to Transunion?

I have one with them. Slow to respond to questions, very unorganized - overpriced property. They do, however, reimburse expenses in under 30 days.

Transunion? no...referring to RCS. If they are affiliated with Transunion, I am unaware.

Thanks, ArmoRealtor. Were you working with Nune? That is who emailed me, and we used to work with her at Aames.

Yup - Nune is the one I worked with in the pre-list stage. Just FYI - all reimbursements go to an address that has Aames in the name......

Extremely unorganized and unrealistic about pricing. Takes forever to get any kind of response from them with approval for work or price reductions. They should be assigning a bunch of listings though, as they just got service releases on all of their properties that IAS was servicing for them. Not sure which is worse, IAS servicing for them or RCS managing their own properties...

you said it socalreo - those are the two issues I'm having right now. Furnace doesn't work, missing gas line to hot water heater - gas co wouldn't even set the meter. House needs ALL new carpet, paint inside and out, fence needs to be mended, holes in walls need to be patched - and they priced it $5000 less than a house literally a stones throw away on the same street that's been painted and updated. I did a MMR (on a form I created, since they don't have one) and pointed all this out. Have yet to hear back from someone.

I received an offer late last night for less than half the list price - guess that might raise some eyebrows when it gets presented this morning.

Well, guess it didn't raise any eyebrows, since it took 2 days for them to decline the offer, not offer to counter, and not adjust the price.

Now, I get an e-mail that they are "streamlining" their invoice process and I have to join some service for $49.00 and the first 5 invoices submitted ON EACH PROPERTY have a $5.00 fee to pay.

That would be a "no deal' as far as I'm concerned. I understand Ocwen takes a cut out reimbursements too, not a problem though as I won't work for them anyway.
