I just signed up for a site that is designed for salespeople of all industries to earn money from making referrals. For example if one of your associates was the owner of a business and he was looking for a IT Consultant. You can post on there the opportunity and make some money for a trusted referral.
Obviously, one would have to make sure you are RESPA compliant, but it is a source for some extra income in these down times. Right now they are in their Alpha phase, so if you refer anyone else they will pay $20 for activated referrals to the site. So it would be good to offer to agents in your office, etc. In order to be activated they want people with over 3 years sales experience.
