Any success with home feedback programs?

Has anyone had any success with any of the following home feedback programs like: http://www.homefeedback.comhttp://www.feedbacknetwork.comhttp://www.feedbackcentral.com http://www.homegrader.com I have been looking into some of these programs for sometime however I'm unsure which is the best one. If anyone has any experience with any of these programs and is willing to share there experiences with the program and there likes and dislikes, would be greatly appreciated. thanks, bnewton

Although I don't use any of the ones you posted. I thought I'd recommend one. I use http://www.showingfeedback.com . It's free and works great! I've been using it for about 6 months.

I have used (http://www.homegrader.com) but that was long time ago. But it used to give a very good estimate of the property and was much comprehensive than others.

bnewton, You should put one more on your list to check out, it's not free but it's effective. http://www.ProAgentSolutions.comOur system will login to your Supra or Risco account, download your current showings and email all parties involved Automatically with little or no work on your part. Just enter or import your listings from the MLS and we take care of the rest.

Try out Thanks For The Feedback.com Try out: http://www.thanksforthefeedback.com/index.php cheap and easy to use. We have been using it for a while.

I use the free version of showingfeedback.com and get a 60-70% response from agents.
