We are currently using Tenant Pro 6 and there are a few bugs in the software which makes our job harder than it should be. An example would be inputting a check twice...same check number and everything. The only way to fix them is to go into the account, find the issue, and make a manual adjustment.

We went to Tenant Pro 7 (before i got there) but went back to 6 as it seemed 7 had more bugs.

Anyone else using this software? Are you experiencing issues like this too? How did you fix it?

I don't do it for anyone else, just my 28 units. I use Quickbooks Pro as it then takes only 45 minutes to get ready for my taxes. Never found the needs for anything more.

I have also worked with Quickbook Pros and found it a great system.
