I mean what if I want to sell my websites and business later on?

I'm a horrible driver, i'm using on the phone, writing stuff down and playing with the radio. Having my number on the side of my car I feel sure would provide no benifit.


Seriously I would recomend not doing it - there are so many creeps out there. I started selling real estate when I was 23 and I looked like I was about 16 - i'm 27 now and still look young - I don't want to be judged because of my age. The average aged agent is almost 50.

I am new to this board and have been lurking for some time, but I gotta share my car magnet story. I re-entered the business after raising my kids. I decided that I never wanted to hear "Gee, I didn't know you were a realtor!" So I advertise alot. The high school programs, local paper, craigs list and I am working on my web page and myspace. I wear a small realtor pin on my lapel when I am running errands(and presentable) and I am approached daily with questions. I bought a set of magnets with my brokerage name, my name and office number. I considered putting the cell on it, but decided one number is best. No personal pic for me, and I remove these magnets when I don't want anyone to know what I am up to, listing appointments or BPO's.
My first listing last year was a gentleman who flagged me down seeing my magnets and wanted some help.

How do you guys advertise on myspace?

I've NEVER gotten a lead from my car magnet. My sister-in-law, who has a home cleaning business, has to take hers OFF because she gets too many calls and can't keep up with the business. HA! I'm in the wrong profession.

I think they mean they just have a profile they keep active, and a myspace blog or something.
