Try up dating to the new viewer, right as you log on.
If this doesn't work, turn off your firewall.
I went months with this problem and had to drive to the office everytime I needed to use winforms. Drove me nuts!
I logged on around 2 to 3 weeks ago and noticed the requirement to replace the formviewer by the 6th of January. I replaced it and it almost did the trick, but it required that I disabled the firewall.
I then configured the firewall to accept all traffic from zipforms and that did the trick. No problems now...
In California, we use WinForms, nationally it is known as ZipForms, so log onto
http://www.zipformsonline.com . If you have't signed up before, sign up. It is heck of a lot more reliable than to go through car.org.
Car.org always goes down when you need it most. I haven't had zipformsonline go down yet.
